GW Love & Health Runners is more than a running group — it is a warm community built on mutual help. Our volunteer team is made up of enthusiastic runners and neighbours who plan routes, pace at the front, sweep at the back and record every run. At races they volunteer with baggage handling and water stations. Beyond running, the team visits the community, delivering goodie bags and warm meals. Without these selfless volunteers, every run could not be safe, smooth and full of laughter.

📍 Target Beneficiaries: Elderly residents or underprivileged individuals in Tai Hang Tung Estate
💰 Fundraising Progress: Fundraising has ended, and donations are no longer accepted. A total of $12,500 has been raised so far, and we are currently preparing and purchasing supplies.
📦 Volunteers are currently being recruited for the following slots:
- 19/10 (Mon) Approx. 2:30 PM | Packing in Sham Shui Po (Address: Flat 9, 3/F, Nam Doo Building, 168 Tai Po Road, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon)
- 24/10 (Sat) Approx. 12:00 PM | Distributing care packs to elderly households in Tai Hang Tung Estate
